Is there a free trial?
Yes — every tutor starts with a 30-day free trial with full Pro features, no card required. When it ends you simply choose Basic, Pro or Premium. Your data and subdomain always stay yours.
What happens after my 30-day trial?
Nothing is deleted. You pick a plan (Basic ₹49, Pro ₹149, or Premium ₹349 per month) and contact us to activate it. Until then your account stays accessible with Basic-tier limits.
Can I pay online right now?
Online payments (UPI / cards) are being added. For now, request activation from the pricing page and our team activates your plan — usually within a day. You'll never lose your data or subdomain.
How do I upgrade or activate a plan?
Pick a plan here (or from the upgrade prompt inside the app) and submit the short activation request. If you're signed in it reaches our admins with your account attached, and we activate it — usually within a day. When online payment goes live, the same plans activate instantly at checkout.
What's the difference between Basic, Pro and Premium?
Basic (₹49/mo) covers a small tuition — 30 students, core tools. Pro (₹149/mo) is the popular choice — 500 students, unlimited classes/subjects, analytics, bulk exports and no branding. Premium (₹349/mo) feels unlimited — unlimited students, 50 GB, device sync, WhatsApp alerts and a custom domain.
Will I lose my data if the trial ends before I pick a plan?
No. Nothing is deleted and you're never locked out — your account simply drops to Basic-tier limits until you activate a plan, then everything scales back up.
What if I don't upgrade or renew for a long time?
We retain your data for at least 24 months (2 years) after a trial ends or a plan lapses, so you can come back and reactivate anytime with everything intact. Only after 24 months of continuous non-renewal might an account be deleted, and we'll email you at least 30 days beforehand. See our Terms of Service for details.
What does a school plan cost per student?
On annual billing it works out to just ₹4.44–₹6.66 per student per month — cheaper than one printed worksheet per student. Annual billing saves 33% versus paying monthly.
How does the 33% annual discount work?
Pay yearly upfront and save 33% versus monthly billing — effectively getting about 4 months free. For example, Starter is ₹2,485/mo month-to-month, or just ₹1,665/mo when billed annually (₹19,980/year). Annual is by far the better value on every plan. No lock-in beyond the year.
Can I switch plans or cancel later?
Anytime. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel — no lock-in. Your data stays yours.
Do add-ons stack on any plan?
Yes. Add storage, SMS, WhatsApp or extra capacity to any paid plan as you grow. Each add-on card tells you exactly how it is charged — Monthly recurs until you cancel, One-time is a single payment, and Usage-based is charged only when you use it. If moving up a plan would cost you less than your current plan plus an add-on, we tell you so on the add-on itself rather than letting you overpay.
How do the discounts and offers work?
When an offer is running you'll see the normal price struck through, the offer price beside it, and a countdown to when the offer closes. The discount is applied automatically — there is no code to type — and it shows up as a separate credit line on your invoice, so the price you were shown is the price you are billed. Offers never stack: if more than one applies, you automatically get the one that saves you most. When an offer ends, the normal list price resumes.
What's the ROI for a school?
A typical 500-student school saves ₹20,000–50,000/month in admin staff time, paper registers, manual report cards, and fee-collection leakage. Our Growth plan costs ₹6,213/month — less than one junior admin's salary.
